Pre-incubation program

At this stage we provide the tools and knowledge necessary for entrepreneurs to refine their business ideas and prepare them for implementation. This initial support is fundamental to help entrepreneurs go through the challenges of testing, learning, changing and iterating until a proven, repeatable and scalable model is achieved.

The program challenges participants to look for areas of opportunity and weaknesses of the entrepreneurial project, we know that no initial idea will resist the first test with the market, so we makesure that this process concludes with a validated idea ready to go to market.

INCUBATION PROGRAM

Our incubation model is based on the firm belief that the most important predictor of success in any new company has to do with the ability of its founders to effectively manage the strategic areas of the business.

This program includes a strong theoretical and practical foundation, based on years of experience working with entrepreneurs and companies in different industries and markets.

With an innovative approach based on three core learning areas the program meets all the necessary requirements for the entrepreneur to achieve all the necessary knowledge to move forward with confidence and speed during the implementation of their project, decreasing the inherent risks associated with any new venture.

acceleration PROGRAM

This program is aimed at all those entrepreneurs who have managed to go through the first and possibly the hardest stages of their entrepreneurship and have reached the point where they have been able to test their idea in a realmarket, getting real customers and sales for at least 1 year, at this point their big concern is to answer the following question: How can I grow and expand my business beyond the current capabilities?

This program is fully customized and tailored to the specific needs of the entrepreneur or business leadership team. At this stage the objective is not to increase training or knowledge, but to work with coaching and mentoring tools to unleash the team's full potential.

Our mentoring model is designed to build a fluid and secure communication and learning channel between our mentor and the entrepreneur, during this process the entrepreneur manages to get the answers to the problems and challenges he/she faces.
